Thanks so much to the people on this subreddit for helping others try and fix their existing solutions. I have tried every possible USB port combination on my computer both with and without the rumble USB connection.I have tried the latest version of Dolphin as well as the stable 5.0 version (Any stable versions before this did not work with my game).

I have tried reinstalling the drivers on Zadig. The switch on the back of the adapter is switched to Wii U as the PC one does not work.I've been looking everywhere for a solution to this issue and have seen so many other people struggle just like I have including on this subreddit. None of my button presses on my GameCube controller were responsive, and if I looked closely in the controller settings, I could see it blinking very fast between not detected and detected. You set device in gc pad settings to the appropriate port. Once I booted up the game, I checked to see if my adapter was still detected, but sadly it was not. You can try one or all the methods below to fix the WiFi not working or wireless adapter not showing up in Device Manager on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP and Windows. I'm trying to set up the Gamecube USB Adapter program and it picks up all 4 ports but when I try to calibrate my controller it does nothing when I press buttons, It acts as if the controller is not there but has the ports open for one. I changed the USB driver with Zadig and tried disconnecting the adapter, reinstalling the driver, restarting my computer, etc. My adapter was being detected by Dolphin, so I was excited to get started playing Super Mario Sunshine. Switch and WiiU (its intended use), I decided to try and use it to play some Super Smash Bros. Once that was installed, I opened up the latest version of Dolphin emulator and checked the controller options to see if everything had gone smoothly.

The driver that I installed with it was WinUSB (v.16385). It is worth noting that when installing these drivers, when I clicked list all devices on Zadig to look for the adapter, there was no option for WUP-028, but there an option called GameCube for Switch which had the same USB ID of 057E 0337.

I used the latest version of Zadig to install the correct drivers which would allow the adapter to be compatible with Dolphin. I followed all the necessary steps to make it work. In the description it did say that it was compatible with Dolphin emulator, so I was happy to try it out as I had been wanting to play Super Mario Sunshine on my PC using an original GameCube controller. I recently bought the IQIKU brand GameCube controller adapter off of Amazon as it was rated highly at an average of 5 stars and was Amazon's choice. I'd like to preface this by saying that this is a big issue I've seen everywhere, and nowhere have I seen a solution to it.
